This is huge! (not literally) I got one of the big time consuming MB's this week. Three months of record keeping. I was in pretty good shape when I started this MB back in January so I didn't expect huge changes in my fitness or body composition tests but surprisingly I improved quite a bit in a few areas. I trimmed almost a minute and a half on my mile run from 8'24" to 7'7". And, I increased my push ups from 35 per minute to 50 per minute. I may try out for football this year after all.
